Perhaps one day we'll see the tall tales of the United States in a similar book eh!
It seems every week now we hear more and more of what has to be tales from one of the biggest story weaving spindles ever made. The good ole US of A.
If it isn't a high paid lobbyist paying off one or more of our house of representatives to spin stories ...
If it isn't a twisted bunch of words coming from the secretary treasurer...
If it isn't outright myths and misunderstandings coming from the president of the united states own mouth.
Perhaps a book of fables on one half and real stories in the second half. Real stories of corrupted lawyers turned judges, innocent people held unjudicated in prisons, bad cops, bad dea agents, dia agents, drug runners for certain people in government, honest people's lives ruined in support of these fables and more!
Certainly someone in the possible near future will write a book of fairy tales that came out of this country to entertain, contain, lull, and sedate, you, me, and millions of others. I'm sure it will be a best seller both here and abroad. In fact it may be only one of many such books to be written about us. I for one will buy it for my own amazement, and to pass down onto my dearest.
Perhaps it will one day be used as a text book for future government leaders. How to ruin a country and her peoples.
I just gleaned today that despite those that may be able to take part in the great mortgage bailout, that a full 1/3rd of those people will still go on to loose their homes. That the true inflation is running somewhere above 20%. That the government says we have a positive GDP. That things aren't all that bad for the people of this country. That corn ethanol is still good for us. I read all these things and I feel like I'm sitting in the reading corner of the children's section of my local library!
